Who We Are

Buley Vasin APC is a civil litigation firm that has been active in Southern California since 1993. The majority of the cases which we handle involve business disputes, real estate matters, breach of contract, fraud, and general business litigation, although a portion of the practice has involved personal injury and professional malpractice. Our office is staffed with seasoned litigation support counsel who have worked for years alongside Mr. Buley on various state and federal matters.

While in law school, Mr. Buley was selected to work in Judge Sills’ chambers as a judicial extern by the Honorable David G. Sill, Presiding Judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division 3 for the State of California.

My. Buley passed the bar in 1993 and within a month of being sworn in as a member of the California Bar, he tried his first case.  In the ensuing 21 years of practice, a majority of the matters he has tried have been at the State Court level. However, Mr. Buley has tried a number of matters in Federal Court also.  Mr. Buley has done extensive appellate work as well. His appellate work has resulted in two published opinions and a series of unpublished successes.  He has successfully filed and opposed appeals in California State Appellate Courts as well as Federal Appellate Courts.
